LOCAL TEST BUILD · DRAFT
Terms of use draft
This draft does not establish a live subscription, final commercial offer or legal acceptance. Operator identity, contact, jurisdiction and commercial terms must be completed and reviewed before public activation.
Service and responsibilities
Tidyquote lets a cleaning business configure its tariff and share a calculator with people who already contact that business. The business is the prospective subscriber; its customers use the calculator free. This is not a cleaning marketplace, booking service or source of new leads.
Calculator outputs are preliminary estimates. The cleaning business confirms final scope and price and is responsible for rates, currency, exclusions and applicable taxes it enters. Copying an estimate sends nothing automatically. Saving a draft does not publish it; an already open customer page can show a previously loaded estimate.
Accounts and data
Use a unique password and authorized account access. Do not enter client names, addresses, contact or card details in calculator/scope fields, access another business's data, evade request limits or upload unsupported files.
Test pricing and payment
79 PLN per month for one business is an unvalidated pricing experiment hypothesis. No live trial or subscription is activated by this draft. The explicitly labelled signed test payment/refund adapter makes no charge, creates no merchant settlement and proves no demand or revenue. Do not enter card information.
Dodo hosted-checkout and Resend recovery adapters are implemented but disabled by default. Mock contract tests do not establish actual provider acceptance, payment, delivery or settlement. Before any real purchase, approve the merchant's actual identity/business/bank documents and contract, the monthly catalog, tax presentation, cancellation/refund terms and support. Georgian incorporation alone does not guarantee acceptance.
Payment confirmation must come from verified provider state, not a browser return. A pending refund is not completed; uncertain requests need reconciliation. Any paid access policy must match the accepted running implementation before activation. This draft promises no unspecified refund or renewal rule.
Development limitations
This local development build has no public uptime commitment. Mock recovery sends no email. Approved recovery delivery would use an encrypted database outbox, short-lived links and bounded attempts; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. Real SQL/runtime, delivery, backup/restore, monitoring and support remain acceptance gates.
Account deletion requires confirmation and password verification. Active subscriptions and unresolved checkout/refund operations must first be cancelled/reconciled so deletion does not leave recurring charges behind. Database acceptance, provider record retention and backup handling are separate gates; no immediate erasure from every copy is promised.
Required before launch
Operator identity, support contact and governing terms: to be provided and reviewed. No mandatory rights are waived here and no compliance certification is claimed. The full working draft is maintained in the project as TERMS_DRAFT.md.
